I don't know if I feel as though May flew by, or if it was the longest month ever. It was a busy month with a lot of things going on. My uncle passed on May 5. The weeks leading up to his death were very hard on us..for him and for all of our family. It is still very sad that he is gone. I think about him a lot. On top of that, we had school ending this month so I was frantically trying to get everything done before we left town for my brother's graduation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Law School!!! I will post those pics later.
I just wanted to finish up by posting all of my layouts for this month in case you missed them. I also want to share some awesome new products in the Clique Store. In addition to that, I'm looking forward to summer and being home with the kids.
I ordered this from the Clique Store...I'm officially on the planner bandwagon now. I just couldn't stop myself when I saw these awesome planners.
I am anxiously awaiting my order. If you wish to order from Clique Kits, make sure enter the discount code MARIAH10 for ten percent off of your purchases.

Clique Kits Pep Rally
Can you believe it's already been another month and another amazing kit? I can't. Time has gone by so fast this go around. I know you all enjoyed Kat's post. I have a layout to share with you all today. We are in the full swing of spring here. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard when the weather warms up. These are some of the pictures I've taken over the course of the spring.
The layout hits the highlights: planting the garden, playing, grilling, and just hanging out. Its been unusually cool, so we haven't put the pool up yet. That will be the next upcoming project, I guess. What are your favorite warm weather activities?
Just in case, here is the blog list:

Project Life Weeks 8 and 9
Hello All! I have a couple of Project Life spreads to share with you today. I know I've posted about Project Life before and how I'm taking much lighter approach to it this year. I really am. I hate to say the "B" word, but I'm Behind. That's okay. I'm not panicking. Life comes up in the midst of Project Life. I've really stuck by the goals I set back in December. I really wanted to include more of my life at school. I spend a lot of time there with my class and I've done that this year. Every week is not perfect. My Week 7 took a nosedive, but it's in the album and it's documented. It's not a great page, but again, that's okay. First up, I'm going to share my Week 8 Project Life Spread. I used the Clique Kits National Scrapbooking Day Kit. This week's spread was a double page layout. I had to share it because I couldn't just skip ahead to Week 9...my Type A personality would be able to handle it, ha.
I also have a process video for you for the Week 8 Spread.
Next is my Week 9 Page. It is only one page. It was originally two, but I forgot to print out some of the photos because they weren't linked to Instagram. Since I mentioned printing, I will tell you I print my photos from two places. I printed these photos and Week 8's photos from Walgreens. They are quick and easy. When I have more time, I order from Persnickety Prints. I like all of their options. They offer different sizes and finishes. They also add borders, if you wish. I love the way borders look so I usually opt for them. Here is Week 9. I used the cut aparts in the May Kit.

It was a very simple and quick layout. Well, that's all I have for you today. Don't forget about the Clique Kits Pep Rally tomorrow. There will be tons of beautiful projects and inspiration along the way. I hope you have a beautiful day!

Mad Science 12x12 Layout Using Clique Kits May Kit: Carnival
I'm sharing a layout I made with the Clique Kits May Kit: Carnival. This kit is packed with tons of goodies from Amy Tangerine's Rise and Shine paper line.
This layout is about Wolfie's science project. He had to make a Rube Goldberg Machine. Of course, he waited until the last possible day to complete the project. I used the background patterned paper from the kit and covered it with the 4x6 photos and black cardstock. Then, I slipped in the "Bright Ideas' card that comes in the kit. I used the number stickers that came in the step to number the steps...since they are out of order. I used the letters that came in the kit to create the title, "Mad Science."
Don't forget to check out the goodies in The Clique Store. Tons of new products have been added, including planner items. Enter the discount code MARIAH10 for ten percent off. Also, if you are interested in becoming a subscriber, make sure you add your name to the waiting list so you can get your kit as soon as possible.

Project Life Week 7
I will say this isn't one of my favorite layouts. I sort of struggled with this page protector. I chose it because of the three vertical photos on top. This year, I am trying to include more school stuff in the photos. It is where I spend the majority of my day most days. The photos are of the students passing out their Valentines. I also used my new Photo Fuse tool for this layout. I used it to create small pockets for a tiny bit of journaling and sequins. I haven't had a chance to use it much. I also used some hand lettering for the title. I'm not too happy with it either, but hey it works. Week 7 is done and I can try again next week.

Lake Fun 12x12 Layout Using Clique Kits May Kit Carnival (Process Video)
Hello Everyone! I hope you all got to participate in the Clique Kits National Scrapbooking Day event yesterday. There were so many great challenges, events, and prizes. Today, I have a layout to share with you. We went to the lake for a day during Spring Break. The weather was cold especially on the boat. We fished all day, but caught nothing. Don't you hate when that happens? Anyhow, we went ashore for a few minutes and climbed some rocks for this picture. You can see it was cold because we are all wearing long sleeves.
And here is the process video for this layout so you can see how I created it. I hope you enjoy it. Have a great day!
